Case 1. There was once a Ph,D working on an organization. There were lots of BAs and even college-students employees, but that Ph,D did not want to be friends with them. Instead, he only hung out with the other Ph,Ds and other Professors. Case 2. There was a director of a huge company; he likes to greet even the custodial employee. Smile was never disappeared from his face every time he met his employees and he took a good care of his workers. What makes man a man? Titles? Social Status? Environment? Money? Attitude?
